Special Order & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Certain products are sourced specifically for an individual customer based on their selected design, style, size, finish, or other preferences. Because these items are not part of our regular inventory, they may have limited resale demand.

Before we place the order with our supplier: you may cancel your order for a full refund.

After we place the order with our supplier: the order becomes a committed Special Order. At this stage, we are unable to cancel or return the item to our supplier, including while the item is in production or in transit. For this reason, customer-requested cancellations are generally not available once the supplier order has been placed.

In certain circumstances, we may choose to accept a cancellation and provide a partial refund of up to 25% of the amount paid for the item. This does not mean that 25% represents the cost or value of the product. The remaining amount is retained because we have already committed to purchasing the item specifically for the customer and must assume the financial risk of storing and attempting to resell a highly specific product that may have limited demand.

Once a Special Order has been placed with our supplier, any partial cancellation refund is subject to our approval and is not guaranteed.

This policy applies to customer-requested cancellations and does not limit any rights that may apply if we fail to fulfill the order, the merchandise is defective, or the merchandise materially differs from what was ordered.
