Anji Mottled Bamboo Tea Scoop — Cha Ze
A tea scoop (cha ze) made from mottled bamboo from Anji, Zhejiang — the bamboo's natural brown speckles make every piece look a little different. The open, curved trough lets you show the dry leaves to your guests and slide them neatly into the gaiwan or teapot.
Light, simple and traditional: a small tool that belongs on every gongfu tea tray. Each piece is sold as one bamboo scoop.
Wipe clean and let it dry; avoid soaking it in water.
